Day 01 :

Arrive by Druk Air to Paro. On arrival and after visa formalities you will be received by ITT members and transfer to Hotel. If time permit s/seeing. Evening stroll around the market.

Day 02 :

Paro Sightseeing - visit the ruined fortress of Drugyel dzong, Ta-Dzong. A short walk downhill to the Rinpung Dzong which serves as the administrative center and school for monks. Late after noon drive to Thimphu( 65 Kms) which is a capital of Bhutan. Evening free time. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03 :

AM Thimphu sightseeing - visit the Memorial chorten, 15 century Changangkha monastery and the new Drupthob nunnery temple. PM drive back to Paro via visiting the first building built in Bhutan the Simtokha Dzong. Arrive Paro. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04 :

Transfer to airport for departure.

AM Thimphu sightseeing - visit the Memorial chorten, Changangkha monastery and the new Drupthob nunnery temple. PM drive 3 hours to Wangduephodrang crossing the Dochula pass 3100 meters. Visit the Dzong from outside and the market area. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04 :

AM drive 45 minutes to Punakha and visit the Punakha Dzong. Drive 3 hours to Thimphu for lunch and proceed 2 hours to Paro via visiting the oldest building in Bhutan, the Simtokha Dzong. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05 :

Transfer to airport for departure.

Day 03 :

Drive to Thimphu. Upon arrival check into Hotel. PM sightseeing - Visit the Memorial chorten, Changangkha monastery, Motithang mini zoo to see the rare "Takin" national animal of Bhutan and drive further down to view of the Thimphu valley. Visit the new Drupthob nunnery temple and free time in the market.

Day 04 :

AM visit the Painting school, National library, Royal goldsmith workshop and Handicraft centers. PM drive 3 hours to Wangduephodrang crossing the Dochula pass 3100 meters. Visit the Wangduephodrang Dzong from outside and the market area. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05 :

Day excursion to the Gangtey Gompa valley at an altitude of 2800 meters. The only Nyingmapa monastery in western Bhutan is located here.Explore the fascinating glacier valley and return to the Hotel.

Day 06 :

AM drive 45 minutes to Punakha and visit the Punakha Dzong. Drive 3 hours to Thimphu for lunch and proceed 2 hours to Paro via visiting the oldest building in Bhutan, the Simtokha Dzong. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07 :

Day hike to the view point of Taktsang monastery. Stroll back to Hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 08 :

Transfer to airport for departure.

Day 02 :

Paro Sightseeing - visit the ruined fortress of Drugyel dzong , Ta-Dzong. A short walk downhill to the Rinpung Dzong Walk further down crossing the traditional bridge into Paro Town. Evening drive 2 hours to Thimphu(65ksm). Overnight at Hotel

Day 03 :

AM sightseeing - visit the Indigenous hospital .PM visit the Memorial chorten, 15 century Changangkha monastery, Motithang mini zoo and drive further down with good view of the Thimphu valley. Visit the new Drupthob and free time in the market. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04 :

Drive 3 hours to Wangduephodrang via Punakha crossing the Dochula pass 3100 meters. Visit the Punakha Dzong . Proceed 45 minutes to Wangduephodrang and view the Dzong from outside and stroll around the market area. Check into Hotel.

Day 05 :

Day 06 :

Today will be a long drive almost 6 / 7 hours crossing 3 passes over 3000 meters. Picnic lunch will be served at the 18 century Chendebji chorten. After one and half hour arrive at a small town known as Trongsa meaning new village. Proceed another 2 hours to Bumthang visiting the Chume weaving center. Overnight at Guest House.

Day 07 :

Bumthang altitude 2600m, has an individuality that charms its visitors and separates it from other regions. Sightseeing - Visit the Jakar Dzong, 7th century Jambay Lhakhang, Kurjey monastery, Tamshing and Kunchosum monastery. Overnight at Guest House.

Day 08 :

Excursion 2 hours to Ura village and visit the new Ura monastery. On the way visit the Mebartso meaning burning lake. Stroll around the village and return back to Guest house. Evening walk to the swiss farm where apple juice, cider, cheese etc... are made.

Day 09 :

Drive back to Wangduephodrang. Overnight at Resort.

Day 10 :

Drive 3/4 hours to Paro via Lobesa and a short walk through farm houses and fields to Chimme Lhakhang. Lunch at Thimphu and drive to Paro visiting the visiting the oldest building in Bhutan, the Simtokha Dzong. Overnight Hotel.

Day 11 :

Day hike to Taktsang monastery. Stroll back to Hotel.. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 12 :

Transfer to airport for departure.
