How Do I Change Or Cancel A Booking?
To change or cancel a booking you can either email us at info@everest-express.com.np
or telephone during office hours on 9AM to 5PM,Sunday to Friday,Saturday is our weekly off day
Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some reservations on restrictive fares cannot be changed. Penalties on Hotel/ Holiday Packages may vary based on tour type/ sesonality.

How Private Is My Information?
Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. Your confidential information will be kept confidential and only be used for purposes of booking finalisation with our travel partners.

Do I Receive vehicle and accommodation Vouchers?
For automated bookings you do not receive any documentation. You will be received by our airport representative on arrival day and all the necessary documents will be forwarded to concerned service provider upon receipt of full payment of the tour.

Can I pay Cash?
Yes, we accept cash payments.

Credit Cards: all major cards are accepted for tourist services. There is usually a 3% charged on top of the price as bank service charge.

What is the Visa formalities?
Visa and entry procedure in Nepal
All visitors except the Indian nationals must hold passport and valid visa. Visa can be obtained at the Nepalese diplomatic missions and consulates abroad. Visa is also issued at the entry points. It can be extended at the Department of Immigration, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. Children under 10 years need not pay any visa fee. People willing to get entry Visa at the air port or any of the land entry points are required to fill a visa form with passport photograph.
